service for the purchased item in the original condition, unworn and without damage within 10 days from its receipt.
We don’t accept product return and refund. For the hygiene reason, we regret to advise that we don’t accept return
of all earrings products.
3. Product Maintenance
All Ca Lisa Jewellery products are covered 1year Free maintenance (only for general maintenance).
The addition charge will apply if it is necessary to replace parts or other materials due to maintenance.

4. Pricing in different currencies
The pricing of products sold by Ca Lisa Jewellery is based upon figures calculated in H.K. Dollars (HK$). Prices
displayed in other currencies are converted from H.K.Dollars according to the most up to date conversion rates.
5. Product packing
All the jewellery would be first packed in a plastic zip lock bag before into the jewellery box (the whole set is ready
as a gift). And sending it with a bubble wrap envelope.
6. Jewellery care
Always store your jewellery in plastic zip lock bag before into the box and dry place. Keep away from moisture,
water, perfume and cosmetics. Sterling silver is a precious metal and will naturally tarnish when it is exposed to
oxygen. If it is tarnishing, cleaning it gently with silver polishing cloth.
